Hathaway Heritage | Sarasota, Florida
Hathaway Heritage grew from six generations of family history in the Gum Slough area of eastern Sarasota County. Growing up here, surrounded by cattle pastures, pine woods, palmettos, wetlands, and horses, was glorious.
We lived among and alongside the wildlife that still defines inland Florida.
Our family history gives us a viewpoint shaped by generations on this land, and we hope to share it from our family to yours. It reflects our deep appreciation for this area.
We pray that overdevelopment does not diminish its natural diversity and wildlife, and we want to share the simple beauty of Southwest Florida.
More Florida is my way of preserving a little of that world: the overlooked places at the heart of Florida’s other side.
